PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mrs. Kinsella has over 18 years of experience in sales administration and office management, including three years of experience in marketing and inside sales. Mrs. Kinsella has a broad background that also includes accounts payable, accounts receivable , payroll administration, and human resources. In the past, Mrs. Kinsella has held direct responsibility for staff management for two employees, voicemail administration, customer service, telemarketing, management of a 100k demo equipment program, repair administration, and field communications for a staff of 350 employees.
She is familiar with all operations of tbc's business and the services provided, and was instrumental in the formulation of the businesses structure from its inception, and particpates on and, where needed basis, including in both of the primary services of the corporation and contributes daily to the business day to day operation.
As the Office Manager for the Backyard Collaborative, Inc., Mrs. Kinsella is responsible for the day-to-day operations and provides support on all legal and insurance issues and is primarily responsible for bookkeeping, payroll administration and taxes, human resources, and assists on an as needed basis with telemarketing, procurement of leads, public work bidding, contracts and administration of contracts; preparation of certified payroll, and maintaining government requirements, contract administration and advertising.
