As Production Supervisor and Subcontractor Manager for The Backyard Collaborative, Inc. Mr. Dissottle is responsible for overseeing the daily construction of all projects for the company. This task includes coordinating staffing assignments, implementing project schedules, negotiation of the scope of work with subcontractors and suppliers. This duty involves oversight of a crew of upwards of 10 construction laborers, all trades and coordination of trades appropriate to the project. Other responsibilities include managing change orders, trouble shooting issues which arise in the field, and maintaining quality control on the job. Mr. Dissottle also takes part hands on in production on projects involving all phases of construction on an as necessary basis and operates all forms of heavy equipment.

In addition, to the tasks of Manager, Mr. Dissottle is in charge of excavation for jobs. Mr. Dissottle has executed home remodeling projects up to $1,000,000 in value, multiple 250,000 on multiple sites in the Towns of Lexington and Wellesley.
