PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
While working as an architectural intern, Mr. Kinsella was directly responsible for the development of schematic design concepts, design documentation, and detailing of interiors and execution of design development packages.
Mr. Kinsella has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Working as an Architect, previous experience has included the design of renovations and additions to municipal school buildings for the Town of Hamilton and Wenham school system, and the preparation of construction documents and coordination of consultants. Mr. Kinsella also has held primary responsibility for construction administration.
Now, Mr. Kinsella serves in the capacity of executive supervisor at tbc and oversees the construction of $1.3-2.0 million in single family residential and light commercial construction. His direct duties include management of an estimating staff and 2 field supervisors. As Vice President in charge of production for The Backyard Collaborative, Inc., Mr. Kinsella is responsible for allocation of personnel, resources, equipment management, purchasing, subcontractor coordination, trouble shooting and quality control. Mr. Kinsella also holds primary responsibility for the efforts of subcontractors, and work crews, field supervision of multiple job sites, as well as walk-through and punch list execution. Additionally, he is involved in development of bid proposals, preparation and evaluation of cost estimates.
