As a Lead Carpenter for The Backyard Collaborative, Inc., Mr. Kinsella is responsible for particpating on the daily production of both large and small residential projects hands involving all phases of construction. Tasks includes preparation of material lists, coordinating staffing assignments, and implementing project schedules. Mr. Kinsella is also directly responsible for the oversight of trade crews and implementing the sequencing of trades appropriate to the project. Other responsibilities include coordination with the project manager of the contract scope, invoicing, change orders, trouble shooting field issues, maintaining quality control on the job, and daily client management.

Mr. Kinsella has executed new home remodeling projects up to $200,000 in value, on multiple sites including the Cities of Boston and Lowell and the Towns of Billerica, Tewksbury, Saugus and Peabody.

Mr. Kinsella is thoroughly familiar with tbc’s practices and standards and the Massachusetts State Building code.
