This project involved the renovation and rehabilitation of the historic structure formerly occupied by the F.M. Hoyt Shoe Company. The original building is located on the outskirts of the downtown area, is a twin configuration, and both buildings are part of the Historic Register of the City of Manchester.

The design, commissioned by a group of private developers, consisted of the development of the 150 condominium units. These market rate units were selected based upon the demand for smaller condominium units, with the type mix ranging from studio to two bedroom units. The quality and efficiency of the design were key factors in the success of the development.
