tbc was formed on the premise that more experienced personnel offer greater value, efficiency, and quality of services than many persons doing specific tasks. Unlike the larger firms, tbc is able to dedicate staff on a project specific basis. This consists of a licensed Architect, and support staff related to the project.

The success of any project is management's participation in the project and not 3-4 projects typical of management in larger Architectural or Engineering firms. All architects at tbc have a minimum of 20 years of experience in architecture and related fields.
