This project involved the full exterior restoration of the 10,000sf Old Bedford Town Hall, a 150 year old building which overlooks the town's common. Funded by the Massachusetts Historical Commission, this was the first phase in an effort to eventually fully renovate the hall for adaptive reuse. The scope included new siding, windows and brackets as well as replication of existing details which were missing or damaged. The roofing, glazing and masonry elements were all upgraded.
