The owner of this Victorian, turn of the century home shought Tbc's house's services in an effort to refurbish the houses' envelope using materials and products that would provide for a 15 year maintenance free exterior.

New siding and trim was installed to compliment existing detailing. When necessary, trim components were replicated to replace missing or damaged elements. The result was a successful restoration visually linking the home to those located in a nearby historic district.
