The owner of this Circa 1822 Greek Revival home sought to restore the rear ell, renovating it into an office space for graphic design. Damaged columns on a side porch were meticulously replicated. When necessary, brackets were duplicated to replace damaged elements. The decking and porch roof was raised, leveled and repainted. The result was that this home/office in Billerica’s Center Historic District was successfully rejuvenated.
