Adaptive reuse of the historic Charles Hovey Building into three artist lofts and one coffee shop. The Charles Hovey building circa 1700 is the last remaining example of a downtown row house of this period Regulatory approvals from three historic Districts, relief from M.A.A.B change of use to a mixed use and discontinuation of a railroad R.O.W. were significant efforts in the reclamation of this period structure.
