SATISFACTION SURVEY
1) WAS THIS A DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION OR DESIGN/BUILD PROJECT?
This was both a design and construction project. We spent a year with Dave designing (and revising!) the project, and then used The Backyard Collaborative for the construction phase of the project.
2) WHAT DID YOU LIKE ABOUT THE SERVICES RENDERED OR RECEIVED?
While the entire project was stressful because this was our primary residence and we continued to live in it during the project, we were always happy with our dealings with TBC.
Each phase of the project came in on time, within budget and was handled in a professional and reliable way. We are completely satisfied with our choice of both an architect and a construction contractor. In fact, I’d say we were extremely lucky, judging from some of the less satisfactory experiences of some of our friends with other companies.
I always felt that the advice given to me by members of TBC were in my best interests. At each step of the process, we were kept informed, information was coordinated through one individual, who was responsible for following up and he did. They made things easier for me, and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. And in fact I have recommended them to others on more than one occasion.
3) WHAT DID YOU FEEL NEEDED IMPROVEMENT?
Nothing they had any control over, the usual issues with subcontractors, but TBC said they would stand behind the work and they did.
4) WOULD YOU USE US AGAIN ON A FUTURE PROJECT, OR RECOMMEND OUR SERVICES TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, and I have.
